About our President...
Mary Beth Nitz, CRP, GMS
Mary Beth has been involved in the relocation industry since 1992. She joined Prudential Relocation in February of 1994 as a Relocation Associate at The Coca-Cola Company on-site center in Atlanta, Georgia. During her time with Prudential Relocation in Atlanta, she held the positions of Domestic Relocation Associate, Domestic Relocation Consultant, International Relocation Consultant and Senior International Relocation Consultant. Mary Beth left Prudential in late 1998 to move to Dallas, TX where she joined Arthur Andersen as a Senior International Human Resource Consultant, consulting with clients on matters of expatriate compensation, expatriate tax and international human resources and relocation policies. She joined CitiCapital Relocation in May of 2000 and held the position of International Client Relations Manager for CitiCapital Relocation. Mary Beth re-joined Prudential Relocation in December of 2001 as part of the acquisition of CitiCapital Relocation by Prudential Relocation and accepted the position of Director, Global Consulting. In March 2008, after the birth of twin sons, Mary Beth ventured out on her own and founded Nitz Group, LLC.
Mary Beth has authored several industry articles on such topics as International Assignment Management Trends, Assistance for Foreign Nationals Moving into the US, Relocating to China, International Payrolls and International Assignment ROI. She has spoken at several industry conferences on global topics and facilitated various international roundtables throughout the U.S.
Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Auburn University. Mary Beth holds a Certified Relocation Professional and Global Mobility Specialist designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and a Certificate in International Remuneration from World at Work, having completed certificate exams in International Benefits, International Total Remuneration and Expatriate Compensation. She has also completed certificate courses in Expatriate Taxation. In May 2007, Mary Beth was awarded the Meritorious Service Award from ERC for her dedicated service and significant professional contributions to ERC and the relocation business community.
Mary Beth lives in Dallas, TX with her husband, 3-yr. old daughter and newborn twin sons.
